Changing App Framework in designer fails badly

I'm not sure why the ability to change the App Framework is available in XDK as it never works, it never completes cleanly. The progress bar never reaches the end, either within designer or within project settings.

The index.html file is renamed index.html-backup but if the change fails renaming the backup file to index.html does not recover the project design. the CSS is screwed and the layout is screwed.

I see in the videos up top a drop down for changing framework, but I don't have it. Is it not possible to do?

The feature to change between frameworks has been dropped and removed.

If there is a video demonstrating this, we'll probably have to update it as well.  Which video was it?
