Connect app with api service in Azure Service

I'm newbie in this develop enviroment...

I would like to create app that access to web api for registration users with identity .. this web api service is published in Azure.

How I can to access to web api hosted in Azure ?

Don't have a precise answer for you, but I would look for a Cordova plugin that offers the authentication you are looking for. You can start by searching the web for "cordova authentication plugin" to find such plugins.
