Contest Login - is it just me?

...or is it unpredictable for everyone?

https://realsenseappchallenge.intel.com/portal/#/landing

In Chrome, the Login Button has no sensory feedback (oh the irony!). It doesn't depress, highlight or anything visual to tell me I've clicked it.

Most of the time, after entering user and password and pressing the button, nothing happens. No page refresh, no acknowledgement, success or failure message.

In Internet Explorer, the Login button depresses but I still don't get into the portal or get any other feedback at all.

If I deliberately put the wrong password in, it doesn't tell me I have an invalid user/password.

If I open up a second tab in Chrome or IE, it gives me the invalid user/password message when I enter it wrongly on purpose, and after several attempts at logging in with the correct password, I get in.

This whole process can take up to 10 minutes each time I try to log on :(

I also don't recognize any feedback of the login button.
I've also had to disable my Chrome plugin "Ad Block Plus" - when it's active, a can't log in.
After disabling I'm able to enter the site.

I don't know about the contest site login yet (I'll have that pleasure soon!), but I have to re-sign in to the Intel forum every time I view it now because it won't remember my login details.  It really grates on my nerves  :)

@intel @steve-vink @martinwk

I also am having the same issue on Chrome.  Have Adblock plus enabled, disabled it, but continued having same issue.

I know my credentials are correct.  finally tried internet explorer and was able to go into challenge site, but logging into this site also gave me issues on internet explorer.

Additionally, this might be why my username/password are not recognized on Intels XDK.  Is it based on chrome?

Please fix, I do not want to get locked out of my account just before submission date.

This works for me:

Try to login normally. It will not work.

Reload the page (f5)

Try to login normally. It will work this time.

@samontab

Thanks, tried that before but still didn't work.  Like I said, am using IE to log in, so it must be a (chrome) browser incompatibility issue, or a plugin. I disabled all plugins in chrome btw the way and refreshed/closed-restarted...still no good.

I've also had login issues previously, not sure but it appeared to be linked to me hitting 'Enter' instead of clicking on the button - or else it was simply random. I've been very careful to make sure I type everything slowly and then only click on the login button, no recent problems, but I'm also using FF, IE and Chrome, so not sure which one I had issues with...

Never managed to login with Chrome, had to install Firefox just to be able to login on this website.

Nothing appears with Chrome, the page stays blank.

Again, I keep on having issues logging in on Chrome.  Past couple of days I've been able to login, but its been random.  Thats what I dont like about it. I know my password/username is being typed in correctly, but its ***random***, thats whats frustrating.

@intel, I am having the same issues with the XDK, except there I am completely unable to login. plese fix. thanks.
