Convert 25 node-locked licenses to 25-seats floating license

Hello,

I have received 25 node-locked licenses for Intel Parallel Studio XE Cluster, but I would like to convert them in a single 25-seats floating license.

 

How can I convert them? Is there any person as contact in Intel for converting them?
