Copying an entire workspace

I am starting a new project at work, but most of the routines I need are already contained in a workspace I already have. Is there an easy way to copy an entire workspace, or do I have to cut & paste all the source files individually?

[Sorry if this appears twice. I never saw my posting the first time I tried.]

You can just make a copy of the workspace folder. Or, you can add the files from the other project to your new one - assuming you want to share them.
