Deletion of User Library Path on upgrade to 6.5

On upgrading from CVF 6.1A to 6.5 the paths for the IMSL, CXML etc Library and Include files were preserved or reset successfully in Tools Options Directories.
However the paths for the location of my user-generated Libraries and Include files had been deleted.
Less important settings were however saved - eg Number of recent workspaces & files. Any comments?

The last thing that the 6.5 upgrade does is run the CVF Per-User Setup. I didn't realize it at the time, but this simply replaces the user paths with those in the registry for "all users", eliminating any customization you did. We'll fix this in a future update, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
