Dell inspiron 1525 with 965 express graphics chipset opengl issues

I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 with a 965 express graphics chipset and an expired warranty. I want to run Adobe CS4 on it, but when I try to do simple things like rotate an image in photoshop I get an error that says "Could not complete your request b/c it only works with OpenGL enabled document windows." I tried to update my driver thru Dell but it said I had the best version of the driver (7.14.10.1409). Is there a driver fix for this, or is the video card just not able to handle the software? And if the problem is the card, is it replaceable, or integrated into the laptop in such a way that it can't be removed?
