Hi, I got an error code -1005 when I run the depth camera manager R200. I re-tried a couple times and the result is still the same. Would you please help me? Thanks!

Please check the USB 3.0 cable has good connection to both camera and computer. One developer has found the connection issue and it works after he fixed it.

Hi David:
I did try with another cable and it is still not working. It is strange that it is working as a webcam. I use Windows Movie Maker and I can select the RealSense as video source. Should I return it?

Could you provide the detail info? Such as,
- Your system configuration, CPU and OS
- Are you sure you connect with USB 3.0 part?
- Provide me the screenshot of your device manager.
