Hi:
I am running a Realsense 3D Camera (VF0800) in a WIn 10 Pro production environment with the latest drivers, latest firmware and SDK loaded.
Initially it was working with Windows Hello but no longer. It turns on for a second and then shuts down. With Skype in setup will display video but not work otherwise. With Win 10 Camera App it will display video but if one tries to shoot a pix or video it will error out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers multiple times. The SDK Camera Viewer says the device is unplugged. In Device manager it shows the device as an image device and in the sound section. See Attached JPG. I currently have it plugged into a powered USB 3.0 Hub off of a PCI Card which supports my SATA 3 drive and provides 2 USB 3.0 ports. If I plug the camera in directly I get a BSOD and a dump. My feeling is that the camera has a failure of some kind or there is some device conflict but I can't find it. Any help would be most appreciated.

I have experienced as well. but I can resolve the issue.
My solution to overcome the problem just uninstall the SDK runtime, SDK and dcm. and then I re-install dcm, sdk (R4), and SDK runtime. then restart the realsense cable plugged into the computer. realsense life after returning to work as usual.
Hope it is useful.

I have the same issue, I can dance around uninstalling and eventually get something working, but invariably, Windows Update kicks in and updates the depth driver, then the whole thing stops working and I have to start over! I'm not enjoying this so far...

James,
The DCM WU 1.4.27.48405 should be the same as DCM 1.4.27.41944. Since we cannot reproduce your issue. Could you run SDK_INFO in advanced mode and send us the result?
Thanks!
