Designating an Administrator for a Community License

If a user obtains a Community License for one of the free Intel Libraries, can the user designate an Administrator for that license in the Intel Registration Center or is the registration interface different from the one for purchased named-user licenses?

Registration-wiese there is no difference between a community license and a commercial license.

The license owner can add a license administrator under the Manage License page https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/products/license/<serial_number>/
