I am new to Visual Fortran, but was very familure with Fortran years ago. Am converting an older program and everything works fine with fixed data in the logic, but I don't seem to be able to read file data generated by Visual Basic. Either my file specification statement is not correct, or there may be something I have to do to the file data so it can be read, although I can read it using Word. Any ideas, or an example, on how to read file data?The manuals I have purchased don't seem to deal with something as simple as this.
