Hi,
Yes you can download the previous version and plese refer to this article http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/older-version-product/ about the steps to go by.
Also could you please let me know the reason about why you want to degrade it to 10.1?

Hi, I need intel visual fortran v10.1 or v11.1 so that it will be compatible with Abaqus FEA v6.12-2.
I have the Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran Windows which I'm told is the most current edition (with new name) of the intel visual fortran. I followed the steps listed in http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/older-version-product/ to try to get an older version, but the only versions listed that I can download are version 2015 and version 2013 SP1. Is there any way that I can get back to version 10.1 or 11.1?
P.S. its a student license so I don't have access to Premium Support

I purchased Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran Windows, and I want to downgrade to Intel Visual Fortran v11.1 for compatibility with an existing model. Based on the registration page, it looks like that version is only available with a Professional Edition license. Is that correct? Is there any way to access Intel Visual Fortran v11.1 with a composer edition license?

Stephanie,
No, the legacy Intel® Visual Fortran Compiler 11.1 is available also under the Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran Windows* downloads.
Please check out this article to download older versions: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/older-version-product
HOWEVER! In the legacy download section you will find only the latest update 9 of version 11.1, no earlier updates - but should be good enough.
To install an older product under a new version 2016 license you need to obtain your license file and use it for offline activation as described here: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/how-do-i-get-a-license-file-for-an-offline-installation-of-intel-parallel-studio-xe-2016
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Hubert
