Driver for Intel 4965AGN and 3945AGB not certified?

I develop software that supports MAC address modification onWindows VISTA but recentlyI have received complains that Intel Pro/Wireless 4965AGN and 3945AGBdoes not work because drivers do not meet "Certified for Windows VISTA" requirements,specifically -NDIS 6.0 requirementsto support "NdisReadNetworkAddress" function which must allow modifying MAC Address on Windows. Anyone got any idea to confirm this? How do I request the wireless network adapter team to investigate this?
