E6600 virtualization problem

Hello! I have intel processor:

Pentium(R) Dual-Core  CPU      E6600  @ 3.06GHz

and motherboard:

Base Board Information
        Manufacturer: ASUSTeK Computer INC.
        Product Name: P5G41T-M LX2/GB
        Version: Rev X.0x

I have upgraded my bios version to the latest.

I know from www.intel.com that my cpu supports VT-x, in the bios this feature is enabled, but when I start VMware VM machine I get an error:

Virtualized Intel VT-x/EPT is not supported on this platform.
Continue without virtualized Intel VT-x/EPT?

OS Kubuntu 15.10 (which tells me that cpu supports VT-x, I see flags vmx in /proc/cpuinfo)

Does anybody know what the problem is?
I have already asked asus but they haven't answered yet, so i decided to ask you. Thanks!

In order to run a virtual machine, you will need both components (processor and motherboard) to support the technology along with the operating system. If you don't get the support from the motherboard vendor on this, your system may not have all the right components to run as a virtual machine. -Thai
