We bought floating licenses for various Intel software (ICC, Vtune) and I registered them in my name. How do I provide the actual users with the ability to obtain Intel Premier Support?
It's hard to solve this problem...One possible workaround is to let your users share your Premier account. The drawbacksare they all know your password and they can see Premier issues other submitted. You should alsoask them to never change the password.
