Hi-
A disk crash and rebuild forced us to obtain a new license with the new hostid. After a lmreread, the license now shows the license server and INTEL as UP. However my users cannot compile. They get the errors:
Error: A license for FCompL is not available now (-97,29)
and then
ifort: error #10052: could not checkout FLEXlm license
the command chklic command shows the FCompL feature is a valid perpetual license. What am I missing?
Thank you.

How did you configure the client?
Note that you also need to change the configuration on the client side to point to the correct server (if hostname was changed).
Please refer to this article (Setup Clients topic):

By the way, have you updated the license server to the latest 2.4 version?
