Error code:-4 which states that "The installer failed to update the firmware of your Intel RealSense 3D camera.

 Today I installed Intel RealSense 3D camera encountered Error -4, which states that "The installer failed to update the firmware of your Intel RealSense 3D camera. 

Does anybody know how to solve it?
