Error message: serial number already register

Hello,

We purchased the product: VTune Performance Analyzer Win.

Our computer has been destroyed and we need to download the product and use the license key again.

I have the Item No, Mfgr Part#, and license key information.

I am unable to register my serial number, i have an error message: serial number already register.

Can you please help?
