Last week I saw that error message many times ( after submitting a post ): . Error message: Unable to send e-mail. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists

We're investigating this problem; the private messages seem to work but there are some problems with email notifications.

I'm sorry about that and will post an update as soon as the problem is resolved.
