Error while executing the startup script on Mac OS

I am installing Composer XE on my MacBook Air. The install package fails to work, showing "Make sure that you have write permissions to /Users/Shared/Library/Application Support"

sudo open won't work either.

What should I do then?

Hi,

Seems it is an old issue, enabling the write permissions for the directory /Users/Shared/Library/Application Support could be the solution as mentioned in the below article.
