Evaluation license error #10310

I am running into the problem compiling in 64 bit listed in https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/evaluation-license-error-10310-failed-to-enable-trusted-storage-check-for-licensing. Is there where I can start the recommended workaround? I believe I need an evaluation license file.

I have just installed Intel Parallel Studio XE 2015 in evaluation mode and I am experiencing the same error (license error #10310) as Michael and Mark. Would it be possible to receive the license file?
