Fail to active Depth and IR functionality

Hi,

With raw_streams.exe and others exe in SDK, images/color works properly. But the Depth and IR doesn't work. It start and then stop. You can see the attached log file from SDK_INFO and logs

Make sure that you are using the intel realsense camera and the built in camera in your laptop.

Yes, I've disabled the builtin camera and then uninstall the driver.But it doesn't work

Can you run this sample app @C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\RSSDK\bin\win32\camera_viewer.exe? Thanks!

fixed. It's due to a bug in windows8.1 or intel usb3.0. All information says it's a USB 3.0 port but it works at USB2.0 speed. Uninstalling the driver and changing some settings about usb in bios make it work as usb 3.0 actually.

Hi,

What did you modified in your BIOS about USB settings ? I've some issues with the camera when plug/unplug it. It can be usefull to make a try too.

I am facing the same problem i.e. RGB part is functioning but depth and IR isn't running.

It's usb3.0 problem. try to reset usb driver/config may help
