I decided to do an update apk.
When pouring apk on Google Play, you get this error.
Failed to load
Added previously APK-files signed certificates with digital prints
[SHA1: 24: AA: F1: B9: 97: A2: 7A: F1: BB: B8: C1: 5C: F2: 7B: 1F: 25: 54: D6: 76: AE]
And a new APK-file - certificate with the imprint
[SHA1: 16: 7C: 27: 4F: 07: F2: D8: C1: 5B: 1E: 98: 02: F4: 2C: DD: C2: EF: 91: D9: EF]
. Use the same certificate.
I used for auto-signature.
Remove the application is not an option. He has more than 300,000 downloads.
We need urgent help!

This occurs when you first submit your app to the play store, then use a second XDK account and rebuild using this account. This will cause it to get signed with a different cert.
Do you have more than 1 XDK account?

Turns out you do have 2 accounts. I have switched the certs on the 2 accounts. Rebuild your app and try submitting again. I will send a message with what the accounts are for your reference.
