Failure in electronic delivery of a purchased product

Hello,

 

I have ordered "Intel software development suit student edition for windows* OS single users" online (from Intel via ISP) on January 16th. The status of the order is "Shipped" since January 17th. However, I have not received any emails including the License keys of the purchased software. I called the customer service several times and it always went to an answering machine. They have not responded to my email as well. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

The problem is solved. I got a call from ISP and they sent the license key to my email.
