Fortran composer XE download issues

I purchased Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE for Windows last weekend and received the confirmation e-mail, including license key, from Intl Software Partners. When I click on the "download" link in the e-mail, it takes me here: https://registrationcenter.intel.com/RegCenter/Register.aspx. When I type in my login name and password, they are not recognized, so I cannot download or install the software. I have reset my password twice, with no different result. Please advise.

Thank you. I can log in now and have reset the password.  I downloaded the installer last night but the installation could not proceed because I don't have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 installed on my computer, so I have to locate and install that today. The error message said I could find more information about it in the release notes. Do you have a link that will take me there?

What does the error message say? about installation failed with .NET not installed ?It would be good if screenshot be attached.

I found the download for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 and installed it. Then I restarted the Composer installation, and it went fine. The program I need it for (ADAPT from USC BMSR) seems to be working normally, so I don't need any more assistance for now. Thanks.
