GM 45 chipset and 1920x1080

I have a fujitsu T5010 with 4gb of ram in it and I just got a new Dell S2409W monitor. I went to hook it up and the highest resolution that I can run with it is 1680x1050. Its native resolution is 1920x1080. I'd like to run it in its native resolution if I could. Any ideas on how to get my laptop to offer 1920x1080 @60Hz?
