Getting Code -3 while running Intel RealSense Samples

Hi,

I have installed the Intel RealSense SDK 2015 with RunTime and web runtime. I am also getting all the devices in device manager but the samples are still not running.

Running: Windows 8.1, Intel i3, 4Gb, AMD Radeon R7 200 (13.251.9001.1001) updated today!

Please suggest what I can do and what changes I can make to make this run.
