Hello,
We received our Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for C++ Linux* serial number several days ago, but we're getting an error when applying it to C++ Composer XE 2013 sp1.3.174. Below is the error we're getting. How do we go about fixing this? Was a license file suppose to be sent to us after registration because I never received it?
…/l_ccompxe_2013_sp1.3.174 $ sudo ./install.sh
…
1. I want to activate my product using a serial number [default]
2. I want to evaluate my product or activate later
3. I want to activate either remotely, or by using a license file, or by using a
license manager

Hello,
The license file was sent to you by email. Please verify that the hostID in the license file matches the hostID of your system. Please choose activation with license file option, since you are installing the older package.
This article explains how to obtain the license file and to obtain the proper hostID needed for the license file:
Please let me know if the above helps.
Regards,
