Google Play: Certificate is diferent os previous version

I have an App published in Google Play (several versions, since 07/2014) using Android version.

Now, I prepared a new version build with Cordova Croswalk. When I try publish this, I receive a error of certificate:

xdk erro certificado google_0.jpg

I always use the option Signed (Android and now Cordova Crosswalk Android).

What I need to do?

Perhaps this article will help you.

http://qnimate.com/signing-android-app-in-intel-xdk/

Another article in Spanish:

You can not lose the certificate because, as you happen, you can not update the application. It must be the same for all new versions.

Thank you for the post.

I don´t know if it is a solution for me. I don´t have alias_name, key_file_name and my_application names. I never get these information. Always XDK signed for me.

Here is all the information about signing apps:
http://developer.android.com/tools/publishing/app-signing.html

Chances are that when you switch to Crosswalk Android has generated a new key, so do not match, and can not update the app. I have no idea how it could be solved.  :(

I thing the problem is other. I made some others APP, first Android, and then Cordova, and all of them were published without problem. I think that is a temporary problem in the build. I am waiting Intel see it.

Thank you again.

If you originally published an app you made outside of the XDK, you used a different cert. If you want to use that same cert for your XDK account, you will need to contact us at html5tools@intel.com and we can help you there.

John,

I always used XDK. But, remember now, I had 2 accounts. Intel merge them... This can be the cause of the issue.

I wrote just now to html5tools@intel.com explaining this situation.

Thank you.
