Google in app billing integration with xdk

I could use some assistance integrating the Google Play in app billing API service into my Cordova app using the XDK.  I've installed the com.smartmobilesoftware.inappbilling plugin, uploaded my app to Google Play Alpha publishing site and set up the product to sell in the inventory list.  The question I have is how do I find the Javascript methods to access the plugin?  I've been looking for a tutorial, video or other where someone has done this and only find Intel XDK IOS tutorials and Java Google IAP demos.  Has anyone done this with Intel XDK?  I would think this would be a popular integration point for most in the commercial space?
