Graphics Media Accelerator Shared DDR2 SDRAM PCI express

I'm looking at a Lenovo computer with the above graphics controller. I'm trying to figure out the statistics on this as it doesn't say anywhere. I can only assume from what i've figured out that its a "hybrid graphics card" in that it shares graphics with the computers RAM and it's own RAM. I think? does anyone have any more information on this?
