Hello to everyone,

I have a problem with Shuttle SG33G5(Intel G33 Express) with HDMI output and Dell monitor.

I successfully connected through DVI-D cable and HDMI-DVI convertor
to 24" Dell 2407-HC monitor with its maximum resolution of 1920x1200
, 60Hz. But this configuration worked for me only couple of days.
Suddently HDMI connection to monitor ceased to work and monitor
became dark even during POST.
As result I had to connect to Dell monitor through VGA cable.
It's worth to say that Shuttle still could see the monitor correctly
as Dell 2407-HC in digital mode.

I did next steps for tackling the problem :

1) newest BIOS update.
2) newest Intel video drivers installation.
3) cable and monitor was checked by another PCs.
4) all cables(power,DVI,VGA) were many times unplugged.
5) OS was reinstalled from Windows XP SP2 to Vista 64 Premium.

Could someone advice me which additional steps I could do?

Regards,

Kirill
