Hand Tracking Joint Data

Hello

I am currently trying to obtain the Joint data from Hand tracking through SR300 and finally tring to retrieve the Hand tracking data from two real sense cameras and then averaging the data to Combine the Hand tracking data to get one good Hand tracking from two cameras.

Any help/sugestions on how I should go about it will be highly appreciated
