As per the title. I've implemented the sample code in the documentation, but the length of the database returned is always zero bytes. Has anyone managed to actually save and restore face recognition data as shown in the example?

Hi Neil Flint,
I would love to help you with this, but I think that you should post your question in RealSense Community. This forum in the Intel Developer Zone will soon be archived and is no longer monitored and all RealSense support has moved to RealSense Community.
And can you please add more details about your issue? It is to assist in a better way.

Hi Leonardo,
Thanks for the information. I shall pose my question on the community forum. I'm obliged to you for pointing out that this forum is no longer active.
Hi Andre,
Thanks for pointing me towards an example. I shall study it carefully. I'm writing in C++, but a C# example is way better than no example at all!
