Having trouble seeing the newest IPP crypto library, even after being given a license

I'm having trouble seeing the newest IPP crypto library, even after being given a license.  I'm just told:

    You do not have the necessary authority to complete the requested operation.

Hi Michael,

I saw your license for crypto.  Then, I sync'ed your account information.  Please check if you are able to see crypto library in "My Products" page.  If still no luck, do you mind me resetting your Intel Registration Center (IRC) password and logging into it to take a look?
