Help!! for getting license files for registration/renewal; please send me

Hi 

Please "Send Author A Message" so I can communicate my email contact and SN #.

The problem is I can't move farther than Account verification incomplete "We appreciate your Intel product registration. There is a delay for the final configuration of your support account. Please wait approximately 1 hour and click here to complete the configuration. " for 24 hours after registering one serial number.

I presumably think this is due to renewed license might be under other team member's email or name. 

Can you help me to sort out this? I have 5 product SN to register.

I know http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/where-to-submit-download-registration-or-licensing-issues and try to post my issues through  Intel® Premier Support. But I can't access it no matter what and the link keep direct me

Hello,

I am having the same issue accessing the Intel Premier Support web site.  I also get the following:

     Not Authorized to Access

You do not currently have access to the requested site.
