On behalf of my team, I purchased 5 licences for Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE for Windows 14 months ago. 2 of the licences were not installed and now when we come to install these licences we get error messages during the registration process
"It directed me to remote activation of license as the program had an issue with internet connection. I was directed to Intel website where the activation code generated by exe file has to be typed in for generating the unlock code. I tried doing it (few times), but the unlock code generated doesn’t seem to work. "
I have spent 1 hour! trying to navigate the intel web pages to ask someone about the status of these licences - I have read FAQ's and other help, but there is nothing that is useful. I am therefore hoping that someone from Intel will contact me, so that I can get these software licenses registered.
