You need to log into appCenter.

https://appcenter.html5tools-software.intel.com/csd/controlpanel.aspx

Then find the app you want to delete and press the trashcan icon to delete it.

Note, there's a bug in the login to that page which requires that you do it twice:

Goto https://appcenter.html5tools-software.intel.com/csd/controlpanel.aspx and login to the sign in screen that you are given
After yo have signed in, open a new tab in your browser at https://appcenter.html5tools-software.intel.com/csd/controlpanel.aspx
