Hello!
I'm an instructor at Vermont Technical College. I'm using Intel Parallel Studio in a classroom setting to support a parallel programming course I'm teaching this semester. We have a license for our lab on a license server. Local IT has changed the machine on which the license server is running so our license file is now invalid (it was tied to the MAC address of the old network interface). I am therefor interested in getting an updated license file that corresponds to the new MAC address; at the moment Intel Parallel Studio is not usable to me in my class!
I have contacted my reseller but my contact there is apparently ignoring my email messages. He said he would look into the matter for me, but that was the last I've heard from him (maybe three weeks ago). I browsed around on the Intel web site to see if there was a place where I could request a new license myself, but I did not find such a place.
Does anyone have any advice as to how I should proceed?
Thanks!
Peter
