How to build .apk file for Android and IOS from Intel XDK version 3977

Hi,

I am very new to Intel XDK tool, i have developed a small mobile app in Windows OS and i want to generate apk file for that app.

Can anyone please suggest how i can generate the apk file for android and IOS?
