How to build boost library for Xeon Phi on windows.

I have tried to build boost library for xeon phi on "Windows" with Intel C++ Composer XE 2015, but it failed.
I found following article, but this is for Linux...
https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/building-the-boost-library-to-run-natively-on-intelr-xeon-phitm-coprocessor

Does anyone know the procedure?

Thanks,

Not the question you asked but maybe this will help. There are rpm files to install a prebuilt copy of boost (1.49.0-r2.0) in the MPSS release under the k1om directory, when you install the mpss-<version>-k1om.tar file. There are directions in the MPSS User's Guide explaining how these can be installed.
