How to buy realsense r200 in South Korea?

Hello I live in South Korea. When I tried to buy Realsense r200 development kit here, it was not accepted. I don't understand that every places like EU, China, Japan are deliverable except here Korea. Korea also has many good developers. Please open a chance to buy them here. Thanks.
