How to create app and build for windows 8 and 8.1 on Intel Sdk 2016.

   Good morning friends, okay? Please, how do I after creating an app, compile for windows 8 and 8.1 on Intel Xdk 2016, because in this new version I downloaded to 2 days is only for Windows 10 in addition to IOs and Android, and I was told to use a Older version resolves, but when I downloaded and installed an old version it did not pass the login screen, so I ask, what to do in that case. You can only build for Windows 10 if you select CLI version 6.2.0. You must select CLI version 5.4.1 to build for Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8.1:
