How to make the firmware boot as fast as possible

Hello,

I have a custom board that is similar to MinnowBoard MAX and I have built a firmware with IFE 1.1 and MinnowBoard MAX Release 2.0.0. However, it seems to me that it took a long time to boot. ( 6 seconds to Boot Menu ) Is there any settings in IFE 1.1 that makes the boot process faster?

Hi Jong,

To stop the logging messages you will need to remove the "UART Logging" and the "UART Console" from the "UART Header" Gear.

Hello Laurie,

1. I tried no UART Logging, no UART Console. - Build failed

2. I tried no UART Console - Build Failed again

Here is log:

13, 0, Undefined object
hex() argument can't be converted to hex
