How to request a new license file when we don´t know who has made the initial registration of a product

Hello!

In the past my institution has acquired a license of Intel Visual Fortran Compiler Professional for Windows 9.1, and now we pretend to install again this software.

In the installation process is required a license file that we don't have. I know the product is already registered but we don't have the information about who formerly has done this register. We think that has be done by one of our former colleagues but we can't discover who.

I have the media and the serial number.

Do we have any solution to solve this problem?
