I can't add plugin to my project

My Intel XDK version  is 3987,I'm building for Plugin Management,and I can't  add plugin to my  project  that made with Construct 2. After I type in Third-Party plugin "cordova-plugin-ad-admob" with Plugin Source "npm" , and click add plugin ,It didn't show any error prompt but my plugin didn't add ,too.I want import ad  to my apk please help me.

Perhaps you have a network problem? Depending on your location and/or your network, the installation of that plugin can take a long time. I have a fast connection and I had to wait a few minutes for the process to complete. Notice, also, that when you install that plugin it adds two additional dependent plugins (see the last screenshot), which will contribute to the amount of time required to perform the install.

 Thanks for your respond, but I have tried many times and many days ,so  I think that isn't my network problem. It didn't show "Plugin added successfully" after waiting for a long time,and so does other plugins.
