This is the situation:
We bought two floating license seats for the Intel Parallel Studio XE 2011 for Windows.
One of the seats was already taken and I'm trying to use the other seat. We gout only one serial number, and whenever I try to register the software with that serial number it says I can't becease the SN was already taken by another person, which is true.
So, what is wrong here? Is it that we should have been given two SN and I would use one SN and the other person would use the second? Or if there is only one SN, how can I use the second seat?
How can I register the second set to me?
