I do not see my registered product on the Premier list

With my email address <<purged>>, I have registered my product (Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran Linux*)

I also have an Intel Premier account, with the same email address.

Now, I want to fill an issue report on the Premier site:
https://businessportal.intel.com/irj/portal/IntelPremierSupportUser

But in order to do so, I must select my product among a list, which I guess should be the list of all my registered products.

But this list is empty, so I am unable to go to any further.

It looks as if my Premier account and my registration account were not associated.

Can you fix this?

Jean-Marie,

Yes, you do not have any products enabled in the Intel(R) Premier Support. Let me check what the problem is.

Your product access in the Intel(R) Premier Support should work now. Pleaese have a try.
