Renewals can be purchased directly from Intel (go to registrationcenter.intel.com, go to the product link, and you should have a link next to your license to renew), or you can purchase through a reseller.
As for Visual Studio*, we only provide a shell studio with the Fortran compiler, not a full Visual Studio*. If you want to upgrade Visual Studio, you will need to work with Microsoft*.
