Maybe I'm behind the times, but I just noticed that IEEE MICRO Mar/Apr 2016 has a fairly extensive article on "Knights Landing: Second-Generation Intel Xeon Phi Product" (pg 34-46) If you've been following the dribs and drabs of information over the past year, I'm not sure you'll discover much that's new, but it does seem to put it all nicely in one place.

I'll also point out that it's available for pre-order through the publisher...
... and for the really impatient, like me, Elsevier is saying 1 July vs. Amazon's 15 July. ;^)

In addition, there is a 1-hour Webinar that provides excellent information about Knights Landing. Of course, the book you mentioned is a must, as it is the previous edition dedicated to Intel® Xeon Phi.
The following is the link to the Webinar: Webinar: Programmer's Guide to Knights Landing
It is available many different times. I've attended its preview version and it provides really useful information about Knights Landing.
